Installation
Once you've chosen an aycan solution our dedicated and experienced installation team will ensure you start receiving the benefits of it right away. We do so by providing overall installation management.
Pre-Installation
So we may properly prepare for your custom installation and ensure that it is done accurately and efficiently, our service team will contact you ahead of time to obtain necessary information. Once obtained, we'll formulate and discuss the installation process and schedule with you. Upon agreement, our team will manage all the necessary pre-installation activities including coordination with other vendors if required.
Installation
During installation our on site team will work to ensure your system is fully operational, this includes problem solving even if an issue points outside of our solution. Be assured that aycan will take the time required to successfully complete your installation including obtaining your approval of image quality for our aycan x-ray print solution. We finish the installation by providing on-site training for your team on daily operational tasks and delivering our standard documentation package.
Post Installation
We take pride in products and customer service and support. Should an issue arise after installation, be assured we will work with you to identify and resolve it even it is outside of our solution. Our technical support consists of telephone, e-mail and remote maintenance. For aycan x-ray print, it includes software updates and releases, system failure diagnostic, adding new modalities and image quality adjustment.
